The Fluid board2 is a perfect fit for Dürr's ready2integrate concept, allowing for quick and efficient setup of application processes. Key functions such as color change, flushing, and 2K paint mixing are easily handled in the fully automated process. The wide range of options available allows for customization based on different painting scenarios. The fluid board is accompanied by the EcoAUC2 control unit and application equipment such as EcoBell2, EcoGun, or EcoPaintJet. The design of the fluid board incorporates proven valves like EcoMCC3 and EcoValve7 for reliable performance. For precise material dosing, the EcoPump9 GW pump can be selected, and standard pressure regulators can be used for 1K materials. A new option includes the provision of a paint distributor for seamless integration of the paint recovery system EcoSupply P Core.

Overspray free paint applicator
EcoPaintJet is one of the most innovative developments in the paint industry ever made. In contrary to spray guns and bells, the EcoPaintJet does not atomize the paint, but creates constant streams of paint. This increases the transfer efficiency to 100% or in other words 0% overspray. As a consequence of no overspray, the pollution of air filters is reduced significantly which saves operating costs. In addition the spray pattern created by the EcoPaintJet is razor sharp. This allows to paint stripes or other types of simple patterns without masking. Last but not least, color changes are possible within a few seconds.

Low pressure color changer
The EcoMCC3 20 color changer has been designed for rapid color changes. During design, great emphasis was focused on an optimal feed to realize a minimum color loss and maximum maintenance friendliness. This color change valve generation can be used with water or solvent-borne primer paints, top coating and 1K clear varnishes material to enable weight optimization. High pressure color changer
The EcoMCC 200 is a color changer solution for airless or air-assist varnishing of water and solvent-borne paint. Due to its short switching times, the EcoMCC 200 is also suitable as a dosing valve in 2K applications. The color change is effected quickly thanks to short flushing and low dead space. An additional chamber contains a plasticizer that prevents both, hardening of the media on the valve needle and higher wear and tear.

Low pressure color changer with diaphragm valves
EcoValve7 20 is a low pressure color changer, designed for advanced 2K application. In contrary to classical valve designs, the EcoValve7 20 is equipped with a diaphragm seal between needle and piston. Therefore leakages are impossible. In addition, the valve opens automatically in an overpressure situation. The diaphragm valve is characterized by its extremely high lifetime, its easy to clean surface and its integrated needle seat which guarantees a fast maintenance.
